Use this form to sign up for WordCamp Warsaw 2014 Contributor Day. It will take place at Hoża 51, in the Produkcja Artystyczna space on Nov 14 (one day prior to WordCamp).

Numbers for this day are limited, so please only sign up if you are planning to attend and contribute to WordPress.
